When it’s time to sell, it’s only natural to want to make the most profit possible.
Because of this many house sellers are quick to believe that fitting a new bathroom suite or kitchen will be a sure way to make a relatively easy & quick last-minute profit.

Often unless you’re selling in a prime location, once “fitting costs” are factored-in, you’ll be lucky to re-coup even 90% of your money.
When you’re selling, it’s far more profitable to just present what you have as well as you can.

Don’t waste your time, money or energy on unprofitable last minute renovations.
Instead, keep in mind that painting, cleaning & refinishing surfaces have always been (and always will be) the easiest, quickest and cheapest ways of increasing the achievable sale price of a property.
